Sunset, skyline in the background, spritz in hand: for two summers now, the rooftop has dethroned the corner bar in everyone's summer feed.
Why it's blowing up
The recipe is simple: a viewpoint, golden light and a photogenic drink turn an ordinary apéro into content. In the Grand Duchy, where elevated terraces stay rare, every seasonal opening becomes a mini-event.
The flip side of the postcard
But beware the postcard effect: when everyone posts the same sunset corridor, the rooftop risks becoming the selfie-spot you visit once for the photo. The format survives only if it delivers real atmosphere, not just a wallpaper.
